Kenny couldn't have been more professional in understanding the content of my sign, as well as its layout/design. He communicated promptly and we worked together well. My sign is beautiful and will be the focal point of my kitchen. Once I approved the proof/mock-up, it was in my hands earlier than the estimated delivery date. It came well-packaged too.
